
L’Oréal today received the prize for "Innovation and Consumer Intelligence" in the annual Best Innovator competition, sponsored by A.T. Kearney and Les Echos.
L’Oreal was chosen among 700 French companies with a turnover above 300 million euros. Jean-Paul Agon, Chief Executive Officer of L’Oréal declared, “Innovation has always been a key driver of L’Oréal’s success and we are delighted to be recognised for our attention to consumer intelligence. We have 3,000 researchers around the world who are constantly developing new and better products to anticipate the needs and desires of our customers and satisfy all types of beauty.”
