The Shareholder Consultation Committee, a modern body for regular, open and in-depth dialogue between L’Oréal and its individual shareholders, enables us:
- to understand your expectations more clearly;
- to constantly increase the relevance and effectiveness of our communications and initiatives for our individual shareholders.

Role and functioning
A genuine consultation body, the Shareholder Consultation Committee deals with all individual shareholder matters, and its work is particularly focused on the following themes:
- Shareholder relations
- The beauty world and the cosmetics sector
- Shareholder events (such as the Annual General Meeting, shareholder meetings, and the Actionaria Stock Market Fair)
- Communication tools (Shareholder Guide, Letters to Shareholders, Annual Report, and the Internet website)
A Commission of the Shareholder Consultation Committee will be constituted for each of these four themes.
The Shareholder Consultation Committee meetings are organised by L’Oréal and held between three and five times a year at L’Oréal’s headquarters, 41 rue Martre, 92110 Clichy, France, or at any other location.
