Strategy and Sustainability Committee
Defines strategic priorities for sustainability.
Oversees sustainability commitments and action plans.
Audit Committee
Conducts audits of sustainability reporting processes.
Manages sustainability risks, internal control, and external audits.
Human Resources and Remuneration Committee
Defines the remuneration plan including sustainability criteria.
Establishes the Human Relations Policy.
Nominations and Governance Committee
Promotes ethics and business culture.
Applies the diversity policy to the Board of Directors.
Details of the sustainability work carried out in 2024 are set out in section 4.1.3. The programme is designed to cover the most material impacts, risks and opportunities in accordance with the double materiality assessment.
