The Board of Directors will propose to the Shareholders' Meeting on April 24th 2007 the appointment as a director of Mrs Annette ROUX, Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of BENETEAU SA.

Mrs Annette ROUX took over the helm of BENETEAU, then a family business, in 1964 and has succeeded in building an international group, which is the world leader in its market sector.
