Following the presentation of last year's key events and the outlook by the Chairman and the Chief Executive Officer, the shareholders approved the 2006 financial results.The tenure of Mrs Liliane Bettencourt as a Director was renewed. The payment of a dividend up by 18% to Euro 1.18 per share was also approved by the Annual General Meeting. The dividend had been paid on May, 3rd, 2007.
