The Individual Shareholder Consultation Committee meets four times a year and discusses a number of topics, particularly those relating to : 

• Shareholder relations;
• The world of beauty and the cosmetics industry;
• Shareholder events (such as the Annual General Meeting, shareholder meetings, and the Actionaria Fair);
• Communication tools (Annual Report, Letters to Shareholders, the www.loreal-finance.com website and the mobile app)
