The L’Oréal Board of Directors has decided to offer shareholders a loyalty bonus by proposing to the Annual General Meeting held on April 16th, 2009 an amendment to the Articles of Association enabling the payment of a preferential dividend of +10% for all shareholders having held registered shares (whether directly or managed 1) for at least two years.
