Actionaria Trade Fair 2018: a showcase for L'Oréal's digital edge
On 22 and 23 November 2018, L'Oréal was very pleased to take part in the 21st Actionaria Trade Fair in Paris. The event is an ideal meeting place for exchanging views and sharing information with shareholders about the Group’s major advances.
The Financial Communications team was there to answer shareholders’ questions and to present the Group, its strategy and outlook.
L’Oréal’s digital edge was showcased during the two-day event thanks to special mini-conferences held on the stand:
The L’Oréal digital team gave a demonstration of the technology created by ModiFace, an internationally recognised leader in augmented reality and artificial intelligence applied to the beauty industry, and a recent acquisition by the Group.
Marie Chevrier, founder of Sampler, presented the startup which has helped hundreds of brands manage and measure their product sampling strategies through a more effective and targeted approach.
The Shareholder Meeting hosted by Jean-Paul Agon, Chairman and CEO of LOréal, remains one of the the highlights of this event. Along with Mr Christian Mulliez, Chief Financial Officer, they answered questions from the audience during an interesting Q&A session.
BP2S was also present on the stand to advise and guide shareholders who had questions about registered shares.
